SharpEDG CEO Sophia Edwards continues her commitment to advancing and supporting women in leadership through her involvement with Executive Women in Government (EWG), an organization dedicated to preparing, promoting, and supporting women for senior leadership positions in the Federal Government and military.

Sophia serves as Chair of EWG’s Sponsorships Committee, helping strengthen partnerships and develop sponsorship opportunities that support the organization’s leadership development, mentoring, networking, and professional programs. Drawing on her own experience as a former federal senior executive and now business leader, Sophia is proud to give back to a community that encourages women to lead, mentor, connect, and create opportunities for the next generation of leaders.
